This program is designed to provide educators an opportunity to acquire a depth of knowledge in understanding the needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other pervasive developmental disorders, and the skills to address those needs. Due to its independent-study nature, educators from areas outside the Antelope Valley are invited to participate.

Information regarding CEUs and Academic Credit is pending approval from the California State University, Bakersfield. Actual number of preparation hours required for each module may change based on input from the University and at this time is only intended as a guide.
