Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

State and federal law provides that all children with disabilities are entitled to a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). Eligible students and their parents are entitled to procedural safeguards when it comes to disagreements concerning decisions about your child.

ADR is a voluntary process for resolving disputes early with a focus on:
