This workshop will explore the purpose and implementation of feedback in the supervision experience. The role of feedback in various supervisory activities will be discussed. In addition, considerations for providing feedback to supervisees will be reviewed. Participants will learn various ways to provide feedback to supervisees for the different components and stages of the supervision experience.
